You consolidate Windows domain groups, grouping all your financial department into 1 single group. Just type:

Insert ACE into files, dirs
 Set &Account = 'Finances', AceAction = '(Allowed)', Ace = '(W)'
 where &Account = 'Mortgage' Or &Account = 'Wage' Or &Account = 'Taxes'

to give Read/Write access to the new group where the old ones were granted. This SQL query will generate a command file that you will apply to the server. Done.

Send a message to users having (unwanted) MP3 files stored:

SELECT NET SEND &Owner "PUT THAT OUT!"
from files, dirs
 where &FileExt = 'MP3'
